AmaWaterways offers new itineraries, more wine-themed cruises and new ship in 2018

AmaWaterways’ 2018 programme features “unforgettable river cruises” in Europe, Africa, Vietnam and Cambodia and a brand new vessel, AmaLea.

There are eight new itineraries, more wine-themed cruises, a “Sip and Sail” complimentary cocktail hour and an expanded list of active excursions and on-board activities.

Stuart Perl, Managing Director of AmaWaterways said: “With new destinations and itineraries, on-board activities and enhanced excursions, there are plenty of opportunities to entice seasoned and first time river cruisers to discover some of the most beautiful rivers of the world.”

The European fleet is expanded with the addition of AmaLea, a 156-guest ship set to sail the Danube as well as the popular seasonal Tulip Time itinerary on the Dutch waterways.

And AmaWaterways is giving guests even more opportunities to explore the most sought after destinations around the world by introducing six new Europe itineraries and two new exotic itineraries in Africa and Vietnam & Cambodia.

For the very first time, there are 10- and 11-night cruises on the Rhine and Moselle Rivers and a new 7-night Danube itinerary that begins or ends in Vienna.
