Third largest ship in the world in a ‘mould-breaking’ fleet

Royal Caribbean’s 168,000-ton Anthem of the Seas was the third largest ship in the world when she joined the Royal Caribbean International fleet with her christening in Southampton on 20 April, 2015

The ship was officially handed over to RCCL by Meyer Werft Yard’s managing partner Bernard Meyer in a signing ceremony in Bremerhaven, Germany, on 10 April, 2015, when Richard D Fain, RCCL’s chairman, described the ship as “mould-breeaking”.
