MSC Grandiosa

Unforgettable moments on a greener-than-green giant

MSC Grandiosa is the first of MSC Cruises greener-than-green Meraviglia-Plus class ships, stacked to the brim with the new technologies designed to help protect our planet.

Arriving in November 2019, MSC Grandiosa became the new flagship of the MSC Cruises fleet … and its biggest to date, weighing in at 181,000-tons and able to carry up to 6,300 guests.

She will be joined by sisters MSC Virtuosa in 2021 and the LNG-powered World Class MSC Europa in 2022.

MSC is boastful of Grandiosa’s green credentials. Designed to ensure even cleaner air emissions and improved overall environmental performance both at sea and ashore, she is equipped with advanced cutting-edge technologies and sets a new standard for sustainability at sea.

But, first and foremost, cruising is still about guests enjoying themselves, and on board ship, guests of all ages and interests will find something exciting waiting, including:

The 111-metre long indoor promenade sits beneath a “digital sky” LED screen onto which mages are projected 24 hours a day, with special shows of changing pictures being screened three times a day.

There are 11 restaurants for guests to choose from, and Harald Wohlfahrt, one of the world’s top ten chefs, has created a special menu to be served one evening a week in the A La Carte restaurant and MSC Yacht Club.

Every day on board promises unforgettable moments, the world-famous Cirque du Soleil at Sea providing breathtaking performances that will live long in the memory.
