All Princess ships will feature the MedallionClass Experience when they eventually return to service in 2021.
Ship transformations have continued during the pause, and Coral Princess, Diamond Princess, Emerald Princess, Grand Princess, Island Princess, Majestic Princess and Sapphire Princess will return as MedallionClass ships along with the new Enchanted Princess.
Each guest uses an OceanMedallion wearable device that replaces the traditional cruise card and pairs with innovative technology to offer:
- Touchless embarkation and disembarkation
- Keyless stateroom entry
- Completely contactless payments
- Simplified safety training
- On demand food, beverages and retail items delivered anywhere onboard
- Guest service requests via mobile device chat
- Location-based gaming and wagering
- Entertainment content via smart devices
Each guest will use one of the OceanMedallion wearable devices available
