Amadeus River Cruises is launching an autumn cruises designed especially for classical music lovers, with carefully selected music programmes both onboard and ashore.
The eight-day Classical Music on the Rhine themed cruise from Amsterdam to Basel departs 18 October 2022 and highlights will include:
- Private concerts in St Thomas Church in Strasbourg, at the Dominicus Church in Amsterdam and in Beethoven’s house in Bonn
- Performances from famous artists such as the organist Daniel Maurer
- Onboard musical entertainment from the Dudok Quartet and the Nathan Quartet
The cruise on the brand new five-star Amadeus Cara starts with an overnight in Amsterdam and calls in Utrecht, Cologne, Cochem, Koblenz, Rüdesheim, Speyer and Strasbourg before finishing in Basel.
Prices start from £1,686 per person if booked before 28 February.
