Four state-of-the-art Rhine-class vessels setting the scene on the rivers of Europe
Four identical 106-passenger all-suite ships make up the Rhine-class fleet supporting Crystal’s move into the river cruise market.
Crystal Bach and Crystal Mahler were the first to arrive, in June and September 2017 respectively, while Debussy made her maiden voyage in April 2018 and Ravel a month later.
The ships feature French balconies in all suites, many with walk-in closets and dual vanities in the bathrooms, and butler service in every suite. ETRO robes and slippers, personal iPads, wall-mounted 42-inch, flat-screen HD TVs with streaming movies, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Nespresso machines are standard in every suite.
Additional features include a spa treatment room and separate fitness centre and Crystals farm-to-table, Michelin-inspired cuisine in multiple, open-seating eateries including the elegant Waterside Restaurant, namesake Bistro café, the exclusive Vintage Room and the Palm Court.
The 759 sq-ft two-bedroom Penthouse Suites are furnished with king-size beds, a bath room, seating area, and dining table, with seating for four guests. The River Suite cabins occupy 250 sq-ft and feature a bathroom with double vanities, walk-in wardrobes, American king-size beds, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator.
The Petite Suites extend over an area of 188 sq-ft and are furnished with a king-size bed, full-length mirror, and a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and hairdryer.
Spacious public areas include Palm Court, equipped with a dance floor, seating areas, a bar, and a glass-domed roof, and a well-appointed fitness center and spa.
