P&O Cruises’ Food Heroes experiences in 2020 offer guests the chance to savour the creations of Marco Pierre White, master pâtissier Eric Lanlard and the recommendations of award-winning wine expert Olly Smith on selected sailings in 2020.
Itineraries will include interactive cookery shows, chef masterclasses, private hosted dinners and uniquely crafted shore experiences, as well as innovative menus and exclusive food experiences in on-board dining venues.
Guests can taste White’s Gala menus in any of Iona’s four main restaurants, sample Lanlard’s hand-crafted pastries in Vistas Café Bar, and take part in Smith’s food and drink experiences including exclusive shore excursions.
On Iona, P&O Cruises’ new flagship launching in May, Lanlard’s hosted Afternoon Tea in The Epicurean will feature treats such as bee pollen scones and pistachio petit choux.
On Britannia and Azura, Smith will be hosting a one-to-one wine surgery at The Glass House, offering guests the chance to have all their wine questions answered.
Also on Britannia, guests can attend White’s hosted masterclasses in the Cookery Club and learn to cook several of his popular dishes, as well as attend hosted dinners.
