Disney is used to big parades so it is hardly surprising that it has added one of its ships to the growing number sailing around the UK this summer.
Disney Magic will be running two, three and four-night sailings from London Tilbury, Newcastle, Liverpool and Southampton, exclusive to UK residents.
Passengers will remain aboard the ship throughout the cruises.
With the number of cruise lines taking advantage of the improving pandemic situation in the UK, Disney Magic will be in a long line of ships bobbing around the UK’s coastal waters.
Unhappily, with guests in many instances unable to leave ship, the benefit to local tourism will be miniumal.
Disney’s so-called staycations go on sale in April.
