Third ship in Carnival’s successful 133,500-ton Vista-class series

Carnival Panorama, arriving in autumn 2019, is the third in Carnival’s successful 133,500-ton Vista-class series of ships – all named to reflect the connection between the vessels and the sea and highlighted by stunning indoor and outdoor spaces.

Currently under construction at the Fincantieri’s Marghera shipyard in Italy, the ship will join its sisters Carnival Vista, which entered service in 2016, and Carnival Horizon, which arrived in April 2018. The three 3,954-passenger ships are the largest ever built for Carnival Cruise Line.

As its name implies, Carnival Panorama will offer venues with both indoor and al fresco experiences, including the Fahrenheit 555 steakhouse, Library Bar and Bonsai Sushi, along with open-air attractions such as the ground-breaking bike-ride-in-the-sky attraction SkyRide, a massive WaterWorks aqua park with corkscrew slides and the SportSquare recreation area.

A wide range of accommodations will also be available, including spa staterooms with exclusive privileges at the luxurious Cloud 9 Spa, extra-roomy staterooms in Family Harbor, and tropical-inspired Havana staterooms and suites with exclusive daytime access to a Cuban-themed bar and pool.

Carnival Panorama will make a special three-day voyage on 11 December, 2019, followed by the launch of year-round Mexican Riviera cruises on the 14th.

Voyages will depart from the newly renovated Long Beach Cruise Terminal and feature stops at popular destinations including Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta.
