Carnival Cruise Line has become the first cruise line to embark seven million guests from New Orleans. The cruise line, which began operations from Port NOLA in 1994, had Captain Antonio Modaffari and the ship’s team welcome the Litteral family onboardCarnival Valor, pictured, on Monday (30 September) with an impromptu celebration to mark the  occasion.
