Marina

In an Oceania-class of her own following major refurbishment

Since the inception of Oceania Cruises, its ships have delivered many indulgences that relate directly to their ideal mid-size – a tradition Marina continues but in an even more refined incarnation.

The 1,250-guest ship was  the first of three purpose-built Oceania-class ships, arriving in 2011, but is now is the most recent of Oceania’s current fleet to be refurbished, which means that the line boasts eight new, or better-than-new, ships.

She returned to service in May 2024 after undergoing an all-encompassing refurbishment, which includes the addition of three new dining options.

Guests can now enjoy the culinary delights of Aquamar Kitchen, the new wellness-focused dining venue, which debuted to great acclaim on Vista last year; a poolside ice cream parlour serving milkshakes and smoothies; and a new al fresco Pizzeria offering sumptuous Italian dishes.

The 124 Penthouse Suites are completely re-inspired, with custom-crafted furniture as well as new closets and cabinetry to increase guest storage space, plus new carpets and upholstery. Each has a sleek restyled bathroom, with distinctive Italian marble throughout.

Favourite public spaces including Martinis, Horizons, The Grand Dining Room and Library have been elegantly updated, and specialty steakhouse Polo Grill boasts a fresh new look with new carpeting, stylish window treatments and sleek, pillowed-leather dining chairs.

While larger than her consorts Regatta, Insignia and Nautica, Marina remains comfortably mid-size, utilising the additional space for even greater amenities.

PASSENGERS : 1258

BERTHS : 629

CREW : 780

FACILITIES : The main dining rooms, three alternative restaurants, show lounge, library, casino, Canyon Rach spaclub, fitness centre, steam room.
