Azamara Cruises
Distinct destination-immersive experiences for up-market travellers who not only want to see the places and cultures they visit, but to live them
Azamara is a boutique upmarket cruise line belonging to the Royal Caribbean stable, offering guests the opportunity to “Stay Longer and Experience More”, delivering guests authentic cultural experiences across the globe.
The cruise line features longer stays and more overnights in ports on each sailing to provide guests the opportunity to experience night touring in some of the most compelling destinations of Europe, Asia, South America, West Indies as well as Central and North America.
Three intimate ships, Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest, with a combination of 347 suites and staterooms, and Azamara Pursuit, formerly P&O Cruises’ Adonia, offer a European-boutique hotel ambience while sailing to a host of destinations larger ships cannot reach. A fourth vessel, Azamara Onward, joined the fleet in March 2021.

Azamara Pursuit became the flagship of the Azamara fleet in 2018
On board, Azamara guests receive personal service from every member of the crew whose aim is to anticipate every need.
Guests also enjoy fine cuisine and boutique wines from around the world, as well as more inclusive amenities, such as included gratuities; complimentary bottled water, sodas, speciality coffee, and teas, as well as complimentary red and white boutique wines during lunch and dinner; complimentary self-service laundry; English Butler service for suite guests; and shuttle transportation to city centres in ports, where available.
Azamara sails European destinations, including the Baltic and Scandinavia, British Isles, Western Europe, French and Italian Rivieras, Greek Isles, Croatia, Holy Land and Black Sea, as well as Asia, South America and lesser-travelled islands of the West Indies, with more overnight and late-night stays in every region.
Travellers also can choose even more immersive experiences with Azamara cruisetours in eight of the world’s most exciting destinations, including Rome, Athens, Buenos Aires, Cairo, Istanbul, Jordan and Israel, India, and China.
Praised for its dining experience since its founding, Azamara places a heavy emphasis on fine cuisine, accompanied by vintage wines from boutique wineries around the world.
Guests have the opportunity to taste high quality wines unavailable at home, because the selected vineyards produce a strictly limited quantity each year, distributed primarily locally. The featured wines are offered complimentary at lunches and dinners on every sailing.
Wellbeing is also a core component of the Azamara experience, too, with onboard and land-based experiences designed to help guests feel and look healthier and more youthful.
Its aim in wellbeing is to help guests balance their physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual needs through massages, facials and other spa treatments, as well as acupuncture, yoga, Pilates, and enrichment programmes.
