Princess Cruises

The Love Boat becomes a brand new experience

Welcome to the world of Princess Cruising on board some of the finest cruise ships afloat, just waiting to whisk you away to the lands of your dreams.

One of the best-known names in cruising, Princess Cruises is a global cruise and tour company operating a fleet of 15 modern ships renowned for their innovative design and wide array of choices in dining, entertainment and amenities, all provided in an environment of exceptional customer service.

Sun Princess

Sun Princess became the new flagship of the fleet when she set sail in. February 2024

The company was originally made famous by the American TV series The Love Boat, which ran for 10 years from 1977 in which the ship, Pacific Princess, was featured.

Princess offers passengers the opportunity to escape completely to the top destinations around the globe, with sailings to all seven continents, ranging in length from seven to 107 days.

From its modest beginnings in 1965 with a single ship, Princess Patricia, cruising to Mexico, the company  has grown to become one of the premiere cruise lines in the world. Today, its fleet carries more than 1.3 million passengers each year to more worldwide destinations than any other major line.

Discovery Princess, the sixth and final Royal-Class newbuild, became the flagship of the fleet when she arrived in spring 2022, but just two years later she lost the position to the first of two Sphere- Class ships, Sun Princess. Her sister, Star Princess, will join her in 2025.

The fleet is continually evolving to meet the needs of the today’s vacationer and the line boasts unique MedallionClass technology, while Personal Choice Cruising offers a unique variety of dining options and locations; flexible and varied entertainment selections; and a full complement of onboard activities ranging from shuffleboard to scuba certification.

The ships are also designed to provide the ultimate in affordable luxury, with an emphasis on “big ship choice with small ship feel”, at the same time offering one of the highest percentages of balcony cabins in the industry.
